Wednesday, 5th November 2025, Nairobi: Principal Secretary for Roads, Eng. Joseph Mbugua, today hosted a delegation from Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., led by Deputy General Manager Mr. Yin Guangxing, at his office in the Works Building.
The courtesy call centered on strengthening collaboration between the Government and the Chinese infrastructure developer in advancing key road projects across Kenya.
Mr. Yin presented a formal declaration from the company and held discussions with the Principal Secretary on the progress of ongoing projects being implemented by the Group, including the Garissa–Rhamu, Kenol–Sagana, and Mtwapa–Kilifi Road Projects.
The talks reaffirmed the Government’s commitment in accelerating the delivery of transformative infrastructure and fostering strategic partnerships that enhance seamless connectivity and spur regional economic growth.
